Rev. (Mrs.) Peace Goodey is an ordained minister of the Gospel and General Overseer of Christ Believers Healing Ministry, the parent organisation of Christ Believers Assembly situated at Victoria Island in Lagos, Nigeria. Rev. Goodey founded the ministry and church in 2000.
Before beckoning God's call in 1994, she was a full-time practicing optometrist in the Ikoyi area of Lagos. A graduate of University of Benin, she is a former vice president of the Nigerian Optometric Association and a former acting president of the same association.
Rev. Goodey earned her post-graduate diploma in Theology and Leadership Studies from the reputable International Bible Institute of the Redeemed Christian Church of God. She is founder and facilitator of the fast-growing Singles Initiative Project, and coordinates various arms of Christ Believers Healing Ministry meeting a plethora of needs through initiatives including the following:

Rev. Goodey is also president of The Alabaster Jar Foundation, a subsidiary of the ministry reaching out to the community at large through projects designed to drive positive change in the lives of people. The foundation's primary purpose is to cater for the less-privileged and the medically challenged.
Active in local and international Christian associations, Rev. Goodey is a former treasurer and executive member of the Lagos State branch of Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria. She belongs to Global Day of Prayer and International Prayer Council based in South Africa as well as Fellowship Covenant Ministries International in the United States of America.
She is blessed with children and grandchildren and hails from Edo State.
